1. Member's Username, Password, and Security: During the registration process, you will create username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for all activities occurring under your username and password. You agree to immediately alert JBN of any unauthorized use of your username and password or any other breach of security. You agree to ensure that you properly exit the web site at the end of each session. JBN cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these terms.

2. Your Information: 6.1 You agree that your information and the items you offer for trade on JBN -a) will not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items; b) will not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of publicity or privacy; c) will not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; d) will not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; e) will not be obscene or child pornography; f) will not contain any viruses, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; g) will not link directly or indirectly to, or include descriptions of goods or services that are prohibited under this agreement; h) will not be in connection with chain letters, junk e-mail, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages; i) will not be used to collect e-mail addresses and other information about other without their consent; and to create false e-mail addresses or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message; and j) will be of the sole responsibility of you. This means you, not JBN, are entirely responsible for all content (information, data, text, photographs, and/or graphics) you upload, post, e-mail, or otherwise transmit publicly or privately via our services.6.2 Items listed are text descriptions, graphics, and/or pictures on JBN supplied by you that either describe an item you have and want to trade, or describe an item you are looking for. You may post either or both of these types of listings on JBN, if you place such offers in an appropriate category. JBN is not responsible for the accuracy or content of listings.

3. License You Grant To Us: You grant to us the exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your information (text, pictures, graphics, advertise and promotions), and/or to incorporate your information in other works in any form, media, or technology known or later developed.

4. Privacy: JBN's services are developed to appeal to audience worldwide. Please note that when you voluntarily disclose your information in JBN's trade center and directory, that information can be collected and used by others.
